I thought you should know about it too.
I posted a comment saying that we (women) need to choose what contraceptive method to use, but should also remember that we’re responsible for our choices. Either way we pay the consequences…

We should have adequate information about natural and pharmaceutical methods for avoiding unplanned pregnancy in order to make the right decision FOR US. Contraceptive drugs may be good to those who suffer medical conditions. However, for the majority of us born healthy using contraceptive drugs is not necessary for they come with a list of side effects and the need for other prescribed drugs for their relief. The simplest, healthiest and most natural of all contraceptive methods is abstinence from sex during the fertile period, which is only 3-5 days in a month. Living in an information age makes it EXTREMELY easy to find those fertile days, spending only a couple of minutes. What we need to do is go online to calculate them for FREE.
Other methods are also described in my book of researched, practical knowledge called, How to Avoid Unplanned Pregnancy Every Time You Have Sex WITHOUT Using Contraceptive Drugs.
